A former military and gymnast, Amanda turned to sports coaching at an early age. Holder of a STAPS degree (education and motor skills) and a Master's degree in teaching professions, she has trained various age groups in many disciplines. A school teacher, she has chosen to be part of this adventure in her spare time.Her mission: to share her passion for sports (and CrossFit in particular) with as many people as possible, but especially with little crossfitters in the making! :)

A former military and accomplished athlete, Audrey has successfully represented France in several international competitions, alongside the wounded of the Army. She holds a BJEPS (weightlifting and weight training diploma) and is also a certified CrossFit Level One coach. In an effort to offer superior coaching and safe supervision, Audrey completed her training with a certification in static and dynamic posturology.

Young Staffie with a dark shiny coat, Litchi (aka the little pile of muscles) is always bursting with energy (and love too)! His preferred activities are sprinting (preferably chasing a ball thrown far, far away) and tug-of-war (with rope, stick or any other toy that falls under his paw).
His favorite things in the entire world? Eating kibble and being stroked, of course!
